 Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team. (Acting Manager)
 Business Presentations.
 Perform general administrative & record keeping functions including the review and distribution of project documentation, correspondence, minutes of meeting, maintenance of project files, logs, drawings, specification, submittals and RFI’s. Track and manage RFI’s, transmittals, shop drawings, site instructions, contemplated change notices and change orders.
 Supervision of Team (Quality, Workshop, HSE and Design) and planning/allocation of day-to-day work activities.
 To resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
 To ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all the works.
 Planning of work schedule as per work vendor specifications / requirements & work target.
 To coordinate with the Client/Customer and ensuring Client’s requirements are met in timely and cost effective manner.
 Attending Negotiation Meetings.
 Attending Client meetings(Pre-let, progress meetings)
 Monitoring the progress of Projects. (Planned Vs. Actual).
 Monitoring Project Quality Performance and reporting to Project Manager for necessary preventive/corrective actions.
 Review of (QA/QC) Quality reports.
 To review Inspection & Test Plan (ITP/QCP).
 To review Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record(PQR)
 To Prepare Internal Work Orders/ External Purchase Orders.
 To prepare project closeout documents, O & M Manuals, and Quality Dossier.
 Dealing with Cost Consultant – Final Account.
 Site Incharge for PDO projects (EOT Cranes and Pig Traps.)
 To prepare Cost Breakdowns/Estimation and Quotations.
 To prepare Technical Bid/Commercial Bids for PDO/ORPIC projects.
 Monitoring Project Quality Performance and reporting to the Manager.

 Preparing & Documenting QC reports.
 Technical Discussions with QC Manager.
 Preparing progress reports.
 Reporting to QC Manager/Project Manager.
 Inspection of raw materials.
 Supervision of Labor.
 Ensuring fabrication is carried-out as per approved shop drawings.
 Conducting stage-wise inspection as per project specification and standards.
 Planning of work schedule as per work vendor specifications / requirements & work target.
 Assist the senior engineer in reviewing procedures inclusive of welding procedures, coating procedures, and other work instructions that are required to ensure the integrity of work.
 Witnessing leak test (HYDROSTATIC TEST).
